No one told the poor girl that we don't work that way! Gianna struggles frantically to keep holding it, but she is clearly very close to losing control of her bladder muscles. Her abdomen is bulging, pushed out by her severely distended bladder. She's almost bursting! At last, in sheer desperation she asks for a short pause to find out how much longer she has to hold it. Only then is she informed that there is no set time, that she should hold it as long as she can. She says she honestly can't wait any longer, and seconds after the camera is restarted, she starts to pee. The stream goes on and on and on. Now that's what we call desperation!
